By placing an order on this site, you accept and agree to abide by all these terms and conditions.
We do not store credit card details, nor do we share any customer details with any 3rd parties.
All prices quoted are in £ GBP and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed to purchase the product listed at the incorrect price, this is regardless of whether an order confirmation email has been received or your credit/debit card has been charged.
It is our practice to confirm orders by email once an order has been placed, however the receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. All orders placed are subject to acceptance by us, and our acceptance of an order will only be confirmed once we send an email to you confirming the shipment of your order. A contract with us will only be formed when you receive an email from us confirming the shipment of your order, and that contract will only relate to the products included within the email confirming shipment.
We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time, this includes rescinding our acceptance of an order and cancelling it thereafter, even if an order confirmation email has been received or your credit/debit card has been charged. We also reserve the right, without prior notice, to refuse service to any customer. In the event that an order is cancelled by us after your credit/debit card has been charged, we will issue a refund to the same card.
Delivery times stated are approximate, but we endeavour to dispatch orders within the stated times. If an order is required by a certain date, please indicate this in the order notes at the checkout stage. Shipping options and turnarounds are stated in terms of working days (Mon-Fri 9am – 5.30pm, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). Orders placed on a non-working day will be processed on the next working day. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that all contact details, including the delivery address, are correct and that the customer is able to accept the delivery at the address given. Orders which are returned to us due to the customer not being able to accept delivery at the given address will be subject to another delivery cost to be borne by the customer. Very occasionally delays occur which are outside our control. We cannot be held responsible for courier delays after orders have left us.
All deliveries must be signed for, due to this we are unable to pass on instructions to the courier such as ‘leave in shed’, etc.
Orders paid for via Paypal can only be delivered to the confirmed address provided to us by Paypal.
Orders over £50 value qualify for free mainland UK delivery.
Order Amendments & Cancellations
By placing a confirmed order, the customer accepts that the order is final. We will try to accommodate order changes or cancellation requests, but cannot guarantee it will be possible.
All cancellations that are requested by the customer will be subject to a charge, as we may have already prepared artwork, ordered stock that we do not hold or re-organised our production line. Please be aware that a minimum charge of 15% of the total of the customer’s order will stand.
By uploading artwork to the site, the customer confirms that they have permission to use the artwork, and that it does not contravene any copyrights, trade marks or other licences.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that artwork uploaded is of high enough quality and resolution to be printed at the size requested. We will not be responsible for poor printing results when low quality artwork has been provided. If you’re unsure whether your artwork is high enough resolution, please contact us before placing an order. We will print images as they are uploaded, and will not make any changes (eg remove background) unless agreed by email.
If you have vector files for your artwork (.ai or .eps), please add a note at the checkout stage, and email the file(s) to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you require us to print at a specific size, please be sure to let us know in the order notes.
All designs created on our website remain the property of My Personalised Clothing Ltd, and can not be used on any other website or for commercial use without permission from My Personalised Clothing Ltd.
All orders are treated individually, unless you ask us to match a previous order, in which case you must specify the previous order number in the order notes at the checkout stage.
We are unable to print explicit/offensive content. Orders with designs deemed to contain explicit/offensive content will be cancelled.
Garments offered on the site are subject to availability. In some cases, due to garments being out of stock, it may be necessary to substitute them for an alternative. Alternative garments will be of at least an equivalent quality as the original chosen garment, and we will try to notify the customer of any necessary garment change when time allows.
Garment sizes given on the site are provided by the manufacturer. They are reasonably accurate and ‘industry standard’, but are given as a guide only. As all orders are personalised and printed to order, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange due to sizing. If you are unsure of which size to order, please contact us for actual garment measurements.
Garment images are for illustrative purposes only, and may not accurately represent the actual garment, particularly in relation to garment colours. If garment or print colour is critical, please contact us before placing an order. As all orders are personalised and printed to order, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange due to print or garment colour.
Wash garments on a cool 30 degree wash, inside out, and always iron the garment inside out. Also, do not tumble dry or dry clean any printed garments.
We use various printing techniques, including screen printing, digital transfer print, CAD cut vinyl and DTG (Direct To Garment). The print method used for an order will depend on multiple factors, most importantly quantity and nature of the artwork to be printed. We will always choose the most appropriate print technique for your order. If you have a specific print method you would like used for your order, please contact us before ordering, so we can confirm that it is possible.
When printing with digital transfer, customer provided artwork will be printed exactly as uploaded. With CAD cut vinyl, we will match colours as closely as we can, using the range of colours available. If print colour is critical, please contact us before placing an order. As all orders are personalised and printed to order, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange due to print colour not being an exact match when no colour reference has been provided.
Please note, though, we are printing on clothing, not paper. We can therefore not always achieve an exact colour match. The print result will never look the same as the vibrancy of a screen display or dyed fabric.
All orders placed through the website are printed, not embroidered. We do offer embroidery, but not on the site. Please contact us for embroidery prices.
The quantity discounts displayed on the product pages indicate the base price of the undecorated garment. The price updates as printing is added, and the final total price displayed includes the applied relevant discount.
Discount codes can be applied on the ‘View Basket’ page and must be applied before proceeding to checkout. We are unable to retrospectively apply a discount code to an order that has already been placed. We reserve the right to amend or cancel a discount code at any time, this includes ending a discount code/promotion before the designated expiry date.
Personalised items will only be eligible for a refund or exchange if the garment itself is faulty. Personalised and tailor-made items are exempt from the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Claims arising from damages, delay or partial loss in transit must be made via email so as to reach us within 5 working days of delivery. All claims with regard to the quality or quantity of the goods must be made via email so as to reach us within 5 working days of receipt of goods, or such goods shall be deemed to comply with the terms of the contract. All items subject to a return must be returned in unworn, as new, condition. Claims in respect of non-delivery must be made so as to reach us within 15 working days from placement of order. We can not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on products that have been modified by the customer after the order has been shipped by us.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither My Personalised Clothing Ltd nor any of its directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or the information, content, materials or products included on this site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of damage to property and claims of third parties.
