We have no minimum and no maximum order, so whether you just need 1 customised hoodie for personal use, 50 personalised sports tops for a fun run or 1,000 printed t-shirts for a corporate event, we've got you covered.

Shipping Info



Whilst we continue to endeavour to deliver all orders within 5 working days, there may be slight unavoidable delays, due to reduced staff observing safe working practices, both at our premises, and at our supplier's premises.

Thank you for your understanding during these uncertain times. 


Our turnaround times are given in terms of working days (Mon-Fri 09:00 - 17:00, excluding weekends and bank holidays).


All delivery times stated are approximate, however we endeavor to dispatch orders within the stated times. If an order is required by a certain date, please indicate this in the order notes at the checkout stage. Also, if you require your order in less than 3 working days (Express Shipping), please get in touch using the contact form on our contact page or through our online chat service, and we will try our very best to accomodate to meet your deadline.


All deliveries are sent using a tracked service and must be signed for, due to this we are unable to pass instructions to the courier such as 'leave in shed', etc.

Returns Policy


Personalised items will only be eligible for a refund or exchange if the garment itself is faulty. Personalised and tailor-made items are exempt from the Consumer Contracts Regulations. In the event of finding a fault relating to the product you have received or the print that we have applied for you, please inform us by email or by filling in the contact form on our contact page within 12 hours of delivery, so we can act to rectify this for you. Where possible, please provide us with photographs of any issue(s) with the item(s) you have received, so we can gauge a better understanding of the problem and come to a suitable resolution.
